We do not ship on Saturday, Sunday or holidays. Orders received on holidays or after the cutoff time on Friday will ship on the next normal business day.

EXAMPLE: A package that ships on Friday via 3 Day Guaranteed should arrive on Wednesday...2nd Day Air on Tuesday...Next Day Air on Monday.  
Used items may take from 1 to 6 days to process.
We add tracking information as soon as your order is processed. However, you will only be able to track it once the carrier picks up the package and processes it through their system. Therefore, tracking info from the carrier should be available from the carrier BETWEEN 8PM MST ON THE DAY OF THE ORDER AND 9AM MST THE NEXT MORNING. If tracking info is not available after 9AM the next morning, please contact us at Shipping Info.
