Reseller certificate or a State or Federal Sales Tax Certificate.

discount varies according to volume. Combined order volume of $500
or more in a calendar year will result in a 15% discount and 20% on
volume of $1000 or more.

the order online. The coupon must be applied online. We cannot apply the
