1) The original unit may have PFC (Power Factor Correction).  PFC is an expensive option that is inconspicuous to the user and is not included on the replacement unit.

2) The original unit may have a P7 or P9 3 pin power supply fan connector.  The replacement unit has built-in fan control and does not need this connector.

3) Some systems may have SATA hard drive or  PCI-Express Video connectors.  If so, order the PCI-Express or SATA connectors separately.
